"Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I teach a strength-based approach to flexibility, focused on building control, range and resilience.
My work combines precision, creativity, and play, with a focus on how movement works and how it adapts to different bodies.
I work with students and teachers internationally—train with me in person, online, and on demand."
About me
I’m interested in how we move—how it transitions, how it adapts, and how it can be shaped to work with different bodies.
For me, that’s where creativity comes in.
My intention is to support you in finding your own physical expression—learning to move in a way that is intelligent, adaptable, and aligned with your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.
How I TEACH
I approach movement as something to be understood, not just repeated.
It’s about recognising how things connect and how they work, and how to apply them in a way that makes sense for the body in front of you.
I teach a strength-based approach to flexibility that combines precision, play, and a clear understanding of what you’re doing—so your practice becomes something you can explore, refine, and make your own.
Background
I was first introduced to movement through physical theatre and performance, where I was drawn to its physicality and its potential as a tool for creative expression.
Yoga was my first structured experience of movement training—I didn’t come from a background in gymnastics or dance. That has shaped the way I teach and how I approach working with different bodies.
My foundation is in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, which formed the basis of my early training.
Alongside over 15 years of teaching, I’ve continued to study a range of movement disciplines—including Yogic Arts, Tripsichore Yoga Choreography, calisthenics, contortion, and floor work drawn from contemporary dance—which inform the way I teach and approach movement.
Work
I now teach workshops, retreats, and trainings internationally—both in person and online—working with students and teachers across 30+ countries.
Alongside this, I offer private sessions and mentoring, supporting teachers in refining both their practice and how they teach.
I am the creator of The Art of Flex-ability, a training method that combines drills, assists, and transitions inspired by yoga, contortion, dance, and Thai massage—designed to develop strength, control, and sustainable flexibility.
My Style
My teaching combines precision, creativity, and play.
I place a strong emphasis on alignment and technique, helping you understand what you’re doing and why—so your training is both effective and transferable.
I also emphasise transitions and the quality of movement, so you’re not just developing flexibility, but learning how to move with it.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
Different bodies need different things.
My aim is to help you understand your body, adapt your training, and build a practice that continues to evolve.

“Practicing online with Rebecca has been a game-changer. Her cues are crystal clear, her progressions are smart, and she always offers options that meet you where you are. If you want thoughtful programming and real results, Rebecca delivers.”
Rachel Petrover, Israel
“I can already feel the improvement in both my splits and backbends after only two classes. Her classes are creative and challenging, and I trust her to safely get me in and out of any pose.
I love her mix of strength and flexibility training, encouraging me to work on mindfulness as well as body awareness. She pushes me to be better, and this is invaluable in both my real life and in my practice.”
Karolina, Poland
“I’ve been working online with Rebecca since last May, and a huge advantage of Zoom lessons is that you have to truly understand the mechanics behind every pose on your own.
Rebecca’s ability to observe her students and immediately identify any potential issues, paired with an incredibly creative use of props, is second to none—leading to real progress after every single class.
I couldn’t recommend her online classes enough, especially with the added bonus of having them recorded.”
Dorota, Abu Dhabi
“If you’re considering training with Rebecca, I can’t recommend her enough. I’ve seen extraordinary improvements in my flexibility—especially in my chest stands—since I started working with her.
Her sessions are science-based and individualized, so she picks drills that work directly for your body. Plus, they’re just super fun.”
Jyoti Vyas, London
“I attended Rebecca’s workshop feeling quite anxious due to past injuries, but from the very beginning she created such a safe, supportive, and reassuring environment.
By the end, I felt more open, more aware, and was even able to achieve backbends in a way I hadn’t before. It wasn’t just about flexibility—it was about reconnecting with my body in a kind and mindful way.”
Naz, United Staes
“As a yoga teacher who had lost much of my mobility and flexibility due to injury, I was afraid I might never return to my practice.
Rebecca’s knowledge, patience, and attention to detail helped me rebuild strength, awareness, and confidence in my body. Each session feels supportive and empowering.”
Aria Wong, Hong kong
“I came to Rebecca’s training with a background spanning calisthenics, strength training, yoga, and Pilates—which sounds like it should be an advantage, but moving across disciplines also means you accumulate a very specific set of habits, compensations, and gaps. Three days with Rebecca dismantled quite a few of mine.
The thing that sets Rebecca apart is the teaching architecture: a blend of targeted drills and fluid movement that doesn’t just stretch you into a shape, but actually builds the strength and control to own it.
What you need is a teacher who can read your body and build a path specific to you. Rebecca does exactly that.
If you’re hesitating because you think you’re not ready or not advanced enough—that hesitation is precisely why you should go.”
